Ragoût de pois gourmands (snow pea stew)

A very simple recipe that is made in the spring as pois gourmands are among the first vegetables to appear in the gardens. This little stew often accompanies meats.

CAs with green beans, cut of the ends and remove any strings.
Cook the bacon and the chopped onions in the olive oil.
Add the garlic and the pois gourmands with 50 cl of beef stock or water and simmer slowly for 10 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper.
