Aiguines

A village overlooking the Lac de Sainte-Croix, offering extraordinary panoramic of the gorges du Verdon. The château (now a private residence, closed to the general public), which dates back to the Renaissance, has been restored in 1606, 1720, 1750 and in 1989

Places to see and visit: the church in the old village (featuring a wooden sculpture of Christ); the chapel Saint-Pierre and its viewpoint indicator; the village's artisans and producers (wood, potteries, honeys, homemade jams, leather artefacts).

Available activities: pedalo rentals, canoeing, rock climbing, horse riding, fishing.
