- Bed linen and towels (except in the kitchen) are not supplied. They may be hired for 14 euros / week for single beds and 18 €/week for double beds. All duvets are 150/200.
- The fixed price for house cleaning of 40 € for the gîte 1 and 60 € for the gîte 2 is optional. If you do not wish to pay this, we ask that the premises be vacated in the same state as they were in upon arrival (cleaning products and equipment are available).
- Rentals are from Saturday 2pm until Saturday 10am. These days and times can be modified with prior agreement, particularly where the periods of Christmas, Easter, out-of-season breaks etc are concerned. |

- Bookings are considered firm and confirmed the moment we receive the deposit corresponding to 30% of total amount due. Deposits cannot be repaid if cancellations are made less then thirty days before the date of the beginning of the booking.
- The remainder of the sums due is to be paid at the latest upon arrival. A guarantee cheque (which will not be cashed if not required) of 500 € will also be required upon arrival. An appraisal of the gîte’s state will be made upon arrival and upon departure.
- In order that everyone may enjoy calm and peace during their holiday, guests are respectfully asked to not make any undue noise past 10pm.
- The swimming pool is open from 9am to 12.30am and from 3pm until 6.30pm (in order to allow time for that all-important siesta...). Whilst the pool is fitted with an alarm which is to the current standards in application, we must stress that children are entirely under the responsibility of their parents when using it. |
