The 50 m² cottage, though completely surrounded by the house, is entirely independent. It has a terrace, equipped kitchen, living room with sofa bed of 140 cm (with a true mattress).

• On the first floor, there are one bedroom of 20 m2 with twin beds of 80 cm + baby bed.
• Bathroom of 5 m2 with italian shower, wash-hand basin, WC.
  

Entirely equipped for 4, but also: wash machine, dishwasher, oven/microwave oven, 3 plates induction, freezer and refrigerator, coffee machine, toaster, mixer, water boiler, BBQ, wifi, TV, DVD-player, dry hair.

Parking.
The heated swimming pool is to be shared with the other guests and the owner and is open from 10 Am
until 10 Pm.

All linen is provided. Beds prepared on your arrival. Obligatory cleaning on departure.
