N.B. These prices do not include heating (see below).
Tourist tax: 1.2 € per days for adults and children over 12.
Payment: 30% upon reservation, with the balance payable on arrival,
either by cheque or cash. Additionally, a security deposit will be required
(450 € for the large house; 350 € for the smaller house)
The above prices include fully furnished rental of the property, garden and pool maintenance,
water, electricity, heating (except in winter – see below), bedding, sheets and towels.
The prices do not include:
• cleaning/service charge following your stay
(60 € and 50 € respectively for the large and small houses)
• winter heating (October-May).
Pets are not allowed.
