Living and dining room: The living room has a comfortable corner style settee for 6 persons with the dining area set in wrought iron furniture.
Accommodating a TV , DVD and HiFi system with an open fire.
Kitchen: The kitchen is entirely equipped with a revolving heat oven; microwave; extractor fan; dishwasher; freezer; toaster and various other kitchen ustensils and appliances.
There is a separate laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Charlottes Bedroom: This beautifully distinguished bedroom with its decorative bathroom has a view looking out over the garden. Bed 140x190cm.
Pacos Bedroom: This bedroom has a corner sofa with TV and DVD with beds of 90x190cm.
The south Bedroom: This bedroom has 1 bed 140x190cm.
The garden: This pleasantly raised garden has an exceedingly calm ambiance which is complemented by a corner swimming pool along with BBQ facilities for outdoor eating.
Relax and enjoy the 80 m2 terrace shaded by a hundred year old olive tree.
