Holiday house available from Saturday June 28th 2008
till Saturday morning September 13th 2008.
Price : 876 € per week.
For a reservation a 25% deposit is required and payment of the total amount 3 weeks before arrival. Rental period from Saturday till Saturday.
Arrival hour between 5 PM and 7 PM, and departure before 10 AM.
Bed sheets and bath towels not furnished.
At your arrival, interior and outside will be checked.
A deposit of 300 € will be requested at your arrival and will be entirely returned the day of your departure, without damage during your stay.
You must leave the house in the same state as you found it at your arrival, house cleaned.
In case of cancellation, the deposit will not be returned. In case of cancellation less than 4 weeks before arrival, the total payment will not be returned.
The mas can receive a maximum of 6 persons, and can in no case accept more people.

Mas description :
- Ground floor 40m2 : living with fireplace and TV, fully equipped kitchen with gas cooker, gas oven, small electric oven, microwave and fridge, extra room with washbasin, cloth washing machine, and toilets.
- First floor, 40 m2 : one bedroom with double bed, one bathroom with lavabo, bath and toilets.
- Second floor, 40 m2 : one bedroom with double bed and dressing room , one bedroom with single bed.
Also at your disposition, vacuum cleaner and iron. The garden : 500 m2, parking place for 2 cars, garden furniture.
