THE PRICES WILL BE REDUCED IF YOU RENT FOR SEVERAL CONSECUTIVE WEEKS.
The upkeep of the garden and swimming pool are included in our tariffs.
The rent must be paid in advance.
We ask for a deposit, which will be repaid in full, unless there are any losses or damages.
ASSETS OF THE TWO APARTMENTS:
- Separate entries,
- Sea views with south/south east exposure,
- 900 metres from the centre of town, shops and bus station,
- 1100 metres from the beach and harbour,
- 2000 metres from a shopping centre,
- Use of garden, boules area, parking and 9 metre swimming pool,
- Air conditioning in the bedrooms,
- Television in each apartment - power points at 220 volts,
- Electric gates : opened by a press-code system from the outside and a key from the inside, with automatic closure after time lag,
- Shutters on all the french-doors and windows.
