Description
The main house can accommodate four people
(over a living area of approximately 100 m2) and offers:
- a private swimming pool of 15 m x 2.40 m, with a uniform depth of 1.30m, it is surrounded by a safety barrier for the security of small children. The pool has a wooden pontoon down its side with sun beds and parasols
- a shaded terrace of 20 m x 3 m with a dining area on the right and an outdoor lounge area on the left
- a living room of 35 m2, airy and extremely light, south-facing,
with glass bays and a veranda
- a dining area, a lounge, a library, a TV, a HiFi set, CD and DVD players.
Air conditioning is set up for the hottest periods of the year
(mainly during the months of July and August)
- a kitchen, equipped with heating rings, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a clothes dryer, a capacious fridge with freezer as well as a smaller fridge. It also features a coffee machine, a mixer, a classic oven and a microwave oven, cupboards, drawers, and a variety of kitchen utensils. From the kitchen,
a window looks out over a small courtyard.
- a bathroom, with a washbasin and a shower, flooded with natural light
- a toilet
- the first bedroom, which features a double bed and a cupboard,
opens out onto a small courtyard
- the second bedroom has a double bed - as well as, if required, a twin bed - and a cupboard. This bedroom also opens out onto a small courtyard
Both bedrooms face north, ensuring they remain cooler than the living room and the kitchen, which are southern-facing.
- A detached annex is available to accommodate an additional two guests
(with a living area of approximately  20 m2)
The annex comprises a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom
with a toilet a washbasin and a bathtub.
- The attractive garden is planted with many flowers and numerous
ornamental grasses
- As you enter the property there is an enclosed parking area for two vehicles
