We believe in promoting our local fare, products and recipes, and have created an area where you can purchase specialties of the region.
Nowadays, there seems to be, all too often, a divide between, on the one hand, those behind the stoves, and those who eat the dishes created. Personally, we are always delighted to see gourmets spending some of their leisure-time cooking and entertaining. And it would appear that their numbers are growing.
And that is where we come together. Like you, we adore cooking and looking after guests… but at the same time we are always more than happy to share our knowledge and passion.
We shall be setting up sessions for every requirement with courses of one, two or three days, the programme for which shall be published very soon. |
