Dry air, shadow and overhanging view on "Vallée de l'Eygues", "Rocher du Caire" and "Montrond". Ideal site for rest, hiking, astronomy and birdwaching (eagles, vultures...)

we propose two formulas:

Bed and Breakfast Four rooms than can sleep 2 to 4 people, each with an independent entrance, en-suite bathroom, central heating. On the evening, friendly atmosphere during the meal in the big dining room with stone walls: traditional cooking with natural products. You can stay in the launge talking or reading.

Holiday cottages One for 4/5 people guests is set on the lower level of the main house (47 m2): entrance, fully-fitted kitchen, big room 25 m2, shower, toilet, central heating, garden with table and chairs. TV/DVD. The other, for 4 people guests, opposite the main house (32 m2): fully-fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, shower, toilet, electrical heating, garden with table and chairs. We can welcome groups on the following themes: hiking, mineralogy, ornithology (with accompanying).

Leisures Near Rémuzat: swimming and fishing in rivers or lakes (Cornillon 10 km or Rosans 15 km), tennis (at the village), horse-trekking, bird watching (vultures at “Plateau St Laurent”). In the area: there are castles to visit ; typical villages and landscapes to discover; provencal markets. One can find different local products : lavender, wine, olives, apricots, honey, truffles, goat cheese... During winter: skying in Drôme or Devoluy ski resort (1 hour).

Hiking From “La Colline”, walking or riding bike, two trails can lead you to “Col de Soubeyrand” or “Pelonne”village. From Rémuzat, different well-marked footpaths lead you to the mountains ; “Tour du Rocher du Caire” is one of the three most beautiful walking tours of Drôme. Mineraloy Fossils and minerals can be found at Rémuzat, Arnayon or Guminane.

Fauna and flora discovery Authentical landscapes offer a great diversity of flora and fauna. Among numerous birds of prey, vultures can be observed from the village or at “Plateau St Laurent”. Other animals : chamois, roebuck...
