- 3 bedrooms, 2 of them are equipped with washbasin and toilet areas,

- barbecue,		 - storeroom with washing machine, ironing,
- shower rooms, bathroom,
- solarium,
- great terrace and wooded land,
- swimming pool 10 m x 5 m x 1,5 m next to the house with a shaded area for mealtimes,
- TV, video recorder, hi-fi system, CD player, DVD player,
- garage for two cars.

Tarif dégressif en fonction de la durée.
Out season : from 03/01 to 04/04/09 and from 17/11 to 19/12/09
Basse saison : from 04/04 to 16/05/09 and from 26/09 to 07/11/09
Moyenne saison : from 16/05 to 27/05/09 , from 29/08 to 26/09/09 and from 19/12/09 to 02/01/10
Haute saison : from 27/06 to 29/08/09
Until 20/12/08 the price of the Villa Chateloube is 750 €.
From 20/12/08 to 03/01/09 the price is 850 €.


The swimming pool is regularly cleaned and looked after for you.
The price includes house cleaning at the end of the stay.
Sheets, bathroom linen… can be supplied.
Except if the weather is exceptionally good, the swimming pool
will be open from May 23 to October 24 2009.
