EVERY MEAL, ENHANCED BY TRUFFLES, IS A TRUE DELIGHT
Traditional farmer's meals cooked in a woodburning oven with local produce; truffles omelette and our local wine from the Grignan-lès-Adhémar AOC.

SCHEDULE & MENUS
Friday evening: home-prepared apéritifs, with truffles and toast;
homemade cold meats (saucissons, pâtés);
truffled cardoon salad;
farm-raised chicken;
truffle-enhanced Picodon cheese and AOC wine;
dessert, coffee or herbal tea; digestive liqueur.
Saturday morning: breakfast and a visit to the Richerenches market
Saturday: home-prepared apéritifs;
"Rabassier lunch":
mixed salad with truffles;
vegetable gratin;
caillettes and andouillettes;
truffle-enhanced Picodon + AOC wine;
coffee.
Saturday afternoon: cavage (digging for truffles) in the farm's truffière with our dog, Bella;
Saturday evening:
home-prepared apéritifs;
fougasse;
truffle omelette with 20g of truffle per guest;
vegetable gratin;
duck cooked in a wood-burning oven;
truffle-enhanced Picodon + AOC wine;
dessert; coffee or herbal tea; digestive liqueur.
Sunday morning: breakfast and visit of the farm.
Departure by 11:00am

Rates: €220.00 per person. €180.00 per child under 10. Minimum 6 people. (stay's taxe included).
