Sales term and policy

A reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of a deposit of 30% of total stay cost.

CANCELLATION
Deposit will be refund if cancellation is made before one month from arrival date. If less than one month deposit will not be reimbursed.

EARLY DEPARTURE
If a stay is canceled for about any reason, deposit will be deducted at the end of your stay,as long as the stay will reach the scheduled date.For any postponed,cancelled or shortened stay deposit will be fully kept by us.Cancelled remaining days will be charged at 50% of regular cost.

ARRIVAL HOUR
From 4pm to 7pm. In case of late arrival,please let us know.

DEPARTURE
Departure time:11 am from your room and 1 pm from La Bastide.
